Cream Apple Pie Tarts

Ingredients:
Filling:
  • 1/2 cup sugar (increase if you like very sweet desserts)
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla or 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 12 pie tart shells
Topping:
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, crumbled
Recipe steps:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

Mix together sour cream, four, salt, sugar, egg and vanilla.

Peal and finely chop the apples. Add them as to the sour cream mixture as you chop them, that way they will not go brown.

Combine all topping ingredients.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set the tart shells on top.

Fill with apple filling.

Top with mixed topping

Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
